Fax4Outlook: Sending and receiving facsimile messages from Windows 2000/XP has never been easier.

Use your regular phone line and/or internet to send, receive and manage faxes on your PC as easily as e-mail or like in a regular fax machine just load (drag & drop) a document, type a fax number and click the 'Send Now' button. Create facsimile messages with cover pages directly from documents and pictures. Open, reply or forward them to another fax or e-mail recipients like regular e-mail using your MS Outlook. All sent faxes will be stored in the 'Sent Items' folder and marked as 'fax'. Uses multiply attachments and create custom Cover pages. Choose your file from any location: Desktop, My Documents or Windows Explorer: just right-click on it, selects "Send to" -> Fax, or clicks the "Fax" icon on the toolbar when the document is open. You can send any Word, Excel or Webpage document directly from MS Internet Explorer or MS Outlook and others programs supported by Windows 2000/XP, without previously printing it. Now it support eFax™ Service and Fax4Team server for workgroup.
